Give Thanks

“Christmas every morning and Thanksgiving every night!”

This was a saying by a sweet friend who was always a powerful example of what it meant to trust God even through all of life’s struggles – and do so, sober.

How can we make this statement be our declaration too?

– Christmas every morning: The precious gift of each new day, when God’s tender mercies are new. My first verbalized breath of the day when I open my eyes – “Thank You, Lord for a new day!”

– Thanksgiving every night: remember the “Gratitude List”? 🙂 When we make it to the point our head hits the pillow, oh do we have sooooo much to thank Him for ♥️.
