This week I’ll be focused on sharing about a very important and often misunderstood autoimmune disease, Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Also known as, “IBD” (NOT IBS). So, expect some Crohn’s & ulcerative colitis awareness posts this week from yours truly 🙂💜

I’m here to help explain, answer questions too AND I’ll point you in the right direction if I can’t!
